1. 📺 Disney is Merging Hulu+ Live TV With Fubo
Disney will become majority owner of the resulting company with a 70% ownership stake, while Fubo (a publicly traded company) shareholders will own the remaining 30% of the company with a total of 6.2M subscribers. The deal is expected to close in 12 to 18 months, but has already led Fubo stock to jump 250%. (CNBC)

5. 🇨🇦 Justin Trudeau is Stepping Down as Canada’s Prime Minister
Big news for the international business scene today: Justin Trudeau announced he’s stepping down from the helm of the ruling Liberal Party but will stay on as Prime Minister until a new leader is selected ahead of general elections by late October. (CNBC)
6. 🌨️ Winter Storm Disrupted Over 5k US Flights
Not a day you want to be at an airport. By 1:45pm ET today, more than 4,300 US flights were delayed while another 1,880 were canceled, according to FlightAware. Most of the disruptions were centered around Washington D.C., which had 2/3 of its daily flight schedule canceled. (CNBC)
7. 🚜 John Deere is Betting on Autonomous Tractors
Your next produce could come to you from robot-operated farming equipment. John Deere first introduced a driverless vehicle in 2022, but today at CES, its CTO said the company believes self-driving machines will revolutionize the farming industry and address labor shortages. (Quartz)
