Here are the 7 things you missed today:
1. 🧑⚖️ Epic & Google Are Settling Their Lawsuit
Well, this is a twist. With just one Supreme Court rejection waiting for Epic Games to make a complete victory in their landmark case against Google’s App Store, both sides have agreed to settle. The changes, which still require court approval, has Google agreeing to reduce its standard fee to 20% or 9%, depending on transaction type and install date. (The Verge)
2. 💰 Join 8,000+ investors who already own equity in AEXLAB on StartEngine*
AEXLAB built VAIL VR, a top-rated multiplayer shooter with 365K+ monthly players, 47,000+ reviews, and multiple industry awards.
With the VR gaming market projected to reach $189B by 2032, AEXLAB is raising on StartEngine to grow their game, expand their community, and build the future of competitive VR.
3. 💘 Tinder’s New AI Feature Taps In To Users’ Camera Roll
Gotta do something after nine straight quarters of paying subscriber declines. Dating app Tinder is testing an AI-enabled feature called Chemistry that will get to know users through questions and, with permission, access Camera Roll photos to learn more about user interests. (TechCrunch)

5. 🟧 HubSpot Added Clara Shih To Its Board of Directors

6. 🛬 FAA is Cutting Flights By 10% at 40 Major Airports
Got a flight coming up? You might not. U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced that, due to the government shutdown, he will be reducing flight capacity by 10% at 40 major airports starting Friday morning, affecting 3,500-4k flights daily. It’s not immediately clear which airports would be affected, but additional measures may come after the initial reduction. (CNBC)
Red Cup Day fans, be warned. Starbucks Workers United has authorized an open-ended strike that could begin on the corporate holiday, November 13, one of the coffee’s biggest sales day of the year. The union is preparing to strike in more than 25 cities if it doesn’t reach a collective bargaining agreement with Starbucks by the date. (CNBC)
