The two platforms were once bitter rivals in the social news space, launching around the same time nearly two decades ago. Meta chief product officer Chris Cox announced that the social network’s upcoming Llama 4 AI software will help power AI agents. He said the software will have reasoning capabilities and create AI agents capable of using a web browser and other tools. The rollouts continue for Apple as they announced their newest products, a 13-inch and a 15-inch MacBook Air. The upgrades come with Apple’s newest M4 processor chip and a lower price—a win-win. The smaller Air retails for $999, while the larger option is priced at $1,199. Both options are available on March 12th. (The Verge)

7. 💰 Flex Raised $25M at a $250M Valuation

Flex, a company that offers personal finance software and payments infrastructure for business owners, raised $25 million in equity funding while securing a $200 million credit facility. The company surpassed $1 billion in annualized total payment volume within 18 months of launching its card and bill pay automation product and is experiencing a 25% month-over-month growth rate.
