Electric scooter and e-bike rental company Lime filed an amended IPO registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday, seeking to raise as much as $180.9 million at a valuation of up to $1.8 billion. An additional 276,731 shares will be sold by existing shareholders including CEO Wayne Ting, president Joseph Kraus, and co-founder Brad Bao. (Quartz)

Claude Tag is an “always-on Claude” that lives inside Slack and acts as an AI teammate by allowing users to tag @Claude to provide insights in chats and assign tasks. 6. 🔋 Chevron Signed a 20 Year Power Agreement With Microsoft
Big news for Texas. Chevron’s Energy Forge One subsidiary just signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Microsoft to develop Project Kilby, a co-located power facility in West Texas that will provide dedicated electricity to a Microsoft-operated data center. (Business Wire)

Tesla’s banking on Europe. The tech giant and NatPower just signed a multiyear agreement to deploy more than 25 gigawatt hours of battery energy storage capacity across Italy and the U.K.. The initiative is structured around five initial projects, with a long-term ambition to surpass 100 GWh of installed capacity, and a total construction expenditure between $4-5 billion. (Quartz)
