4. 🧩 You Can’t AI Your Way Out of Bad Planning
With how quickly AI can spit out a draft of copy, teams are skipping content planning entirely and letting a chatbot “figure it out.” Then they’re shocked when the content feels thin, repetitive, or off-brand.
If AI is handling most of your writing, you need humans handling the parts AI can’t do well.
Proofed is the editorial partner that rebuilds the quality you lost when drafting got too easy: the planning, the shaping, the polishing, and the voice-matching.

5. 🧰 OpenAI Launched New Codex Tools For White-Collar Work
OpenAI really wants to impress enterprise users. As part of the courting effort, the AI lab just released a new set of capabilities for Codex with uses far beyond software engineering. The credit card provider just named regional president Ling Hai as its next CFO, creating a new executive role for outgoing CFO Sachin Mehra as part of a larger senior team reorganization.
