Here are the 7 things you missed today:

Earlier this week, investigators found that China has been hacking into U.S. telecommunications infrastructure, including Verizon and AT&T. 6. 🛍️ Amazon Is Focusing On Cheap Stuff

The eCommerce giant said in its recent earnings call that it’s upping its focus on everyday items in categories such as health, beauty, and groceries while working for accelerated delivery speeds to keep up with increasing consumer demand. Apparently, the low-cost staples result in bigger and more frequent overall purchases.

7.  🚙 Audi Launched A New Brand Without Its Logo

Audi is rebranding in China with a new logo that uses its text name instead of its iconic four-ring emblem. The company debuted the new “AUDI” logo on the front of a new electric sportback and is part of an effort to attract “more tech-savvy” customers.

Bonus. CEO Tip Of The Day

From Andrew Chen himself… the new startup mantra is: always be launching. Product launches in the social media era are different and you shouldn’t be “saving up” for announcements.
