220-year-old American multinational chemical company DuPont de Nemours is splitting into three publicly traded companies. The company plans to spin off its electronics and water businesses within the next 18 to 24 months.

7. 🎵 Spotify Is Breaking Car Things

Spotify produced Car Thing, its dashboard controller (which gave cars without digital screens access to scroll the app) for only one year. Now, Spotify is planning to stop providing service to every Car Thing gadget as of December 9 without any credits or refunds to customers.
