1.  🎨 Figma Hit $12.5 Billion Valuation

Figma is allowing investors, including current and former employees, to sell their shares in a tender offer that values the company at $12.5 billion. This new valuation is up 25% from Figma’s 2021 fundraising round but below the $20 billion that Adobe offered in 2022.

5. 🧢 Under Armour is Next For Layoffs

Athletic clothing company Under Armour is laying off an undisclosed number of workers as a result of declining sales in North America. The company reported a dismal performance in its fourth quarter due to retail challenges.

6. 🎟️ U.S. House Passed TICKET Act

In an effort to increase pricing transparency for consumers buying tickets to live events, the U.S. House passed the Transparency in Charges for Key Events Ticketing (or TICKET) Act. This requires sellers to list the total cost of a ticket to buyers, including fees, and if the ticket is currently in their possession.

7. 👟 Strava Announced New AI Features

Fitness tracking company Strava announced a slew of new features, including using AI to weed out cheaters on its competitive leaderboard feature. AI will be able to detect “questionable” activities uploaded to the platform and automatically remove them.
