Good Evening!
Happy first day of FIFA World Cup 2026! Who are you rooting for? ⚽️
Here are the 7 things you missed today:
1. 🚀 SpaceX Prices the Largest IPO in History at $75 Billion
It's official, and it's a record. SpaceX priced its IPO at $135 a share, selling 555.6 million shares to raise $75 billion — easily the largest IPO ever, eclipsing Saudi Aramco's $24.9 billion in 2019. The price values Elon Musk's space-and-AI conglomerate at roughly $1.75 trillion and is set to make him the world's first trillionaire; he'll hold over 82% voting control after the offering. Underwriters have an option on 83.3 million more shares (about $11 billion), and the stock begins trading on the Nasdaq under ticker SPCX on Friday. (Reuters)
2. 😰 Still digging through Slack for audit evidence?
That is not compliance. That is raccoon work.
Comp AI connects to your tools, collects evidence automatically, and keeps you SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit-ready 24/7- without the screenshot scavenger hunt.
Get audit-ready in days, cut 90% of manual compliance work, and get through security reviews faster so you can close $1M+ deals.
See how it works (CEO Report readers save $2,000 on compliance).
3. 💸 Coinbase Launches AI Agents That Can Trade for You
The agentic-finance race is heating up. Coinbase debuted AI agents that can execute trades and pay for premium research on a user's behalf just days after Robinhood rolled out trading agents of its own. Users can connect the agent to their main account or run it in a walled-off sandbox, and ask it to rebalance a portfolio or trade against a thesis; it works inside ChatGPT or Claude via Coinbase's MCP server. It runs on the open x402 payment protocol Coinbase built with AWS, Anthropic, Circle, and Near, letting the agent pay for data and compute with no logins or subscriptions - a development notable enough that the Financial Stability Board this week called for tighter controls on agentic AI in finance. 4. 👋 Let me ask you a question...
When a potential buyer asks AI for a product/solution like yours, does your product/service show up?
Well, Ranked is the easiest & most affordable way to start showing up in AI & Google searches. With industry-leading AI/SEO ranking software + over 5,000 businesses already trusting them to grow, you would be silly not to!
5. 🤝 LinkedIn Opens a Creator Marketplace for Brand Deals
LinkedIn wants a cut of the creator economy. The platform launched a Creator Marketplace that lets brands search vetted creators by topic, audience, and performance, then partner on sponsored content now managed natively inside LinkedIn's Campaign Manager. It's launching first in the U.S. and Canada, alongside a new in-house agency called BrandWorks that offers B2B marketers hands-on creative and campaign strategy. The push is about keeping LinkedIn's 1.3 billion members posting and engaged. (Social Media Today)
6. 📈 Stocks Rebound as Tech Buyers Step Back In
A day after the sell-off, the dip-buyers showed up. U.S. stocks bounced sharply Thursday, led by a rebound in chipmakers: the Russell 2000 jumped 3.02%, the Nasdaq rose 2.54%, the Dow added 1.86%, and the S&P 500 gained 1.75%. Micron surged about 12% after Wolfe Research lifted its price target, with Marvell up a similar amount. Even after the bounce, S&P 500 tech stocks are still down nearly 10% over the past five sessions, a reminder of how much air came out of the AI trade this week. (Reuters)

7. 🎬 Meta Adds an AI Assistant to Its Edits App for Creators
The only thing moving as fast as the AI wave is the creator economy. At an invite-only creator event, Meta previewed an AI assistant and a desktop version for Edits, its year-old CapCut rival. The assistant taps a creator's Instagram data like views, retention and such to suggest video ideas and trending audio, reducing the need to bounce out to tools like ChatGPT. Meta's pitch on traction: content made with Edits sees a 10% higher save rate and 2% higher reshare rate, and more than half the people watching Reels see Edits-made content daily. The desktop app is "coming soon"; most other features roll out today. (TechCrunch)
