5. 🩺 UnitedHealthcare Has a New CEO

Company veteran Tim Noel is the new CEO of UnitedHealthcare, filling in the role after Brian Thompson was shot and killed in a targeted attack in Manhattan. Noel has been with UnitedHealthcare since 2007 and most recently has led the company’s Medicare and retirement division. (CNN)

6. 🏦 Morgan Stanley CEO Wants to Offer Crypto

Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick said his bank will work with U.S. regulators to see if it can become more involved in cryptocurrency markets. The institution has always been ahead of its peers when it comes to crypto, becoming the first major US bank to offer bitcoin funds in 2021. (CNBC)

7. 🩻 Body-Scanning Startup Snapped Up $260M at a $1.8B Valuation

As the Swedes would say, jippee! Stockholm-based body-scanning startup Neko Health, co-founded by Spotify’s Daniel Ek, just raised $260 million in Series B funding. The health startup, which aims to identify preventative measures using full-body scans, is now valued at $1.8 billion post-money with a waitlist of over 100,000 people.  (TechCrunch)
