1. 🚀 SpaceX’s Historic IPO Grew to $85.7Bn Raised
Supersize me has a new meaning. SpaceX’s biggest-ever IPO just brought its total amount raised to $85.7 billion after the public offering’s underwriters exercised their option to purchase the maximum amount of shares. SpaceX plans to use the funds to eliminate around $20 billion in debt related to X and xAI legacy loans, as well as expand its AI compute infrastructure, enhance its launch infrastructure, and improve Starlink. (TechCrunch)

Nvidia hasn’t had a bond sale since the start of the AI boom… but that’s about to change. The chipmaker is aiming to raise at least $20 billion in debt and just disclosed its capital raise plans in a filing with the SEC. The debt sale could end up closer to $25 billion, a fraction of Amazon’s roughly $54 billion debt raise earlier this year. (CNBC)
