Squarespace is going private in a $6.9 billion all-cash deal with private-equity firm Permira. Squarespace opened on the public market at $48/share in 2021 and never again traded above its open price.

Uber and Lyft started their court trial in a U.S. lawsuit by Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell alleging the ride-share companies misclassified drivers as independent contractors (vs employees) to avoid adequate pay and benefits.
