Good evening!

It’s a good day to be CoreWeave.

Here are the 7 things you missed today:

1. 🚀 Rocket Companies are Acquiring Redfin for $1.75Bn

Real estate listing platform Redfin is being acquired by Rocket Companies in an all-stock transaction that lists Redfin at $1.75 billion. Rocket is a finance and real estate holding firm that owns brands like Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Money, and Rocket Loans. The goal of the acquisition is to combine both companies’ strengths in finance and home searching. (Tech Crunch)

2. 🔥 Insanely Good SEO for Insanely Low Prices (Yes, Really)

Most SEO agencies will charge you $5,000 a month, promise the world, and deliver nothing but a confusing report and disappointment. Ranked is the exact opposite.

These guys are almost too good to be true, but they’re actually amazing. We use them ourselves, and the results speak for themselves:

  • Real SEO that works — weekly content, site optimization, and quality backlinks

  • Full transparency — clear deliverables and easy-to-read reports

  • No BS contracts — all plans are month-to-month, starting at just $99/month

I know what you’re thinking: “$99? Is it a scam?” Nope. Just a team that figured out how to make SEO actually affordable and effective.

3. ✂️ Microsoft Has Cut Almost 2,000 Workers This Year So Far

And it’s not even the end of Q1. Tech giant Microsoft has reported laying off almost 2,000 workers this year already. While the company claims that all of the layoffs were performance-based, experts are skeptical that that’s not the whole truth. Microsoft told Business Insider that the leaders plan to give managers more tools to make expectations clear to avoid more layoffs this year. (Quartz)
