Good Evening!
Today is National Best Friend’s Day so I am dedicating this newsletter to my work bestie Isabelle who! Give your bestie or work bestie a fist bump and a thanks today 🤜🤛
Here are the 7 things you missed today:
1. 📈 OpenAI Confidentially Files for a US IPO
The AI listing race just got its heaviest hitter. OpenAI confidentially filed for a US IPO on Monday, a little over a week after rival Anthropic did the same. The ChatGPT maker didn't disclose size, price, or timing but it has been has reported that it’s eyeing a valuation of up to $1 trillion, with a debut potentially as early as September. The move comes as SpaceX pursues a record-setting $75 billion offering at a $1.75 trillion valuation. (Reuters)
2. 💸 CEO Report Study Found Thousands in Ad Spend Misallocated
A reader reached out about their paid media - great results, but attributing them to channels? A nightmare.
I had my friend Paul run an audit. He found a 7.25x ROI on one channel AND a $6k budget leak - in just 30 minutes!
Seeing the value, I convinced Paul to open 10 spots for readers to get a full Growth Audit this week.
Spending $10k, $25k, or $50k+/mo on growth? You need this.
⚠️ NO LINK. NO FORM!
To claim your free spot, REPLY now with the word "Fix" and I'll personally intro you to Paul to help you fix your growth!
3. 🍎 Siri's Big Reboot Headlines Apple's WWDC
Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference kicks off today at 1 p.m. ET, and all eyes are on Siri. The marquee expectation is a major AI overhaul that makes the assistant more conversational and capable of handling multi-step tasks across apps — reportedly powered by Google's Gemini. Also rumored: a standalone Siri app to take on ChatGPT and Claude, an AI agent tie-in with the App Store, and auto-deleting chats you can set to clear after 30 days, a year, or never. (TechCrunch)
4. 👀 Top B2B Sellers FINALLY Have Better Data
Seamless gives B2B sellers instant access to 2.2 billion decision-makers, complete with verified emails, names, and real-time buy intent signals.
The right contact. The right moment. Every time.
5. 📚 NotebookLM Will Now Hunt Down Your Sources
Google's research tool is getting more autonomous. With Monday's update, NotebookLM can build a knowledge base for you by suggesting and finding sources via Google Search instead of making you upload your own first. The release also makes Gemini 3.5 the default model and adds exports across formats including PDF, .docx, .csv, .json, Excel, and PowerPoint. It's rolling out today to Google AI Ultra users and Workspace business customers with AI Ultra and AI Expanded Access. (TechCrunch)
6. 📉 Bitcoin Is Circling a Make-or-Break $60K
Crypto is losing the spotlight to AI. Bitcoin has shed half its value since its October all-time high, as capital flows toward AI stocks and a wave of glittering IPOs like SpaceX. It's now hovering near $60,000 (what analysts call a "psychological level") that held back in February before a dead-cat bounce and sits just below its 200-week moving average of $61,778. If it breaks under $60K convincingly, analysts peg the next target at $50,000; flipping sentiment positive would mean clearing the 200-day moving average up at $78,840. (Reuters)

Its strategy is blunt: acquire digital businesses, optimize them, reinvest, repeat. The company says it's already scouted 1,000+ potential acquisition targets worth a combined ~$400 billion in annual revenue. (Fast Company)
