Momenta Global, a Chinese self-driving technology company backed by General Motors and Tencent Holdings, just launched a Hong Kong initial public offering seeking to raise up to HK$5.89 billion ($751 million). Trading is set to begin July 8, but at this price, Momenta would be valued at the equivalent of nearly $9 billion. (Quartz)

You can’t book a Waymo anymore on Uber in Phoenix, Arizona. The robotaxi company has silently parted ways with the ride-hailing app, ending a nearly three-year partnership in the city.
