Google is still paying $2.4 billion in licensing fees and compensation to Windsurf’s execs. (CNBC)

Google’s Head of Android revealed that the company plans to combine its mobile operating system with ChromeOS, the software currently running across Google Chromebook laptops. Chromebooks can already run many Android apps, so it was only a matter of time. (The Verge)
7. 🦾 AWS is Launching an AI Agent Marketplace With Anthropic
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is launching an AI agent marketplace next week with Anthropic as one of its partners. The AWS agent marketplace will launch at the AWS Summit in NYC on July 15 and will allow startups to directly offer their AI agent to AWS customers. (TechCrunch)
