Pavel Durov, Founder of messaging app Telegram, was detained at Paris’ Bourget Airport on Saturday on a warrant related to Telegram’s lack of moderation. Durov’s detention has raised a lot of conversations about whether tech leaders should be responsible for content on their platforms.
